Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, the digital product must be defective or not as described. Refunds are only applicable for selected items, and the eligibility for a refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Non-refundable items:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Services that have been fully delivered and utilized
  • Any digital product that has been accessed or downloaded

To request a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a clear explanation of the issue encountered.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@technfest.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We do not offer exchanges for digital products. However, if a product is defective or not as described, please contact us at contact@technfest.com to discuss the issue.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the refund is processed, a credit will be applied to your account or a gift certificate will be issued.
